From I-70 West: Take Exit 32-B onto US 40 West (Dual Highway). Travel 3 miles on US 40 West; turn right onto Eastern Boulevard. Eastern Blvd becomes Northern Avenue and finally ends at Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue (US 11 South). The Health Department is the third facility on the left, past Fountaindale Elementary School and Western Maryland Hospital.

From I-70 East: Exit onto I-81 North. Follow directions below for From I-81.

From I-81: Take Exit 7 onto MD-58, Salem Avenue. Continue east on Salem Avenue; turn left onto Burhans Boulevard. Burhans Blvd forks into and becomes Pennsylvania Avenue. The Health department is on the right, immediately past North Hagerstown High School.

From I-81: Take Exit 9, Maugans Avenue. Continue east on Maugans Avenue; turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue (US 11 South). The Health Department is the on the right, between Pugh's Petcenter and Hagerstown Kitchens.

Turn left onto Walnut Street. Turn right onto Church Street. Travel 1 block and turn right onto Prospect Street. Travel 1/2 block and turn left into parking lot just before WIC sign.

From I-70 West:  Exit 32B onto Route 40 West (Dual Highway), continuing through Hagerstown as Route 40 becomes Franklin Street (one-way). Turn right (after Post Office) onto Jonathan Street. Travel 1 block and turn left onto Church Street. Travel 1 block and turn left onto Prospect Street. Travel 1/2 block and turn left into parking lot just before WIC sign.

Note:  Parking is permissible in any "Community Center Visitor Parking" space.
