- You will enter the lobby of the main Health Department building at 1302 Pennsylvania Avenue.
- The registration process will begin with the Registration Clerk in the lobby and be completed by a Health Assistant in the clinic area. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire during this time.
- A nurse will review your record to determine all the immunizations that you should receive during the visit.
- Your child's immunization record will be reviewed by a nurse to determine all the immunizations that your child should receive during the visit.
- The nurse will discuss information about the vaccines you will receive and answer any questions you may have before administering the immunizations.
- After giving the immunizations, the nurse will update your immunization record with all the immunizations given during the visit.
